No Returns on Edible Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any edible items under any circumstances.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully when placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after your purchase.

Courier Delivery & Risk

We take every precaution to package your order safely and securely.
If your delivery was arranged through our courier partners, we are happy to assist if the item arrives damaged or compromised.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, with clear photos and your order number, so we can investigate. Where appropriate, we may offer a credit note or partial refund.

If you chose to use your own courier or collection service, risk of damage passes to you once the parcel leaves our premises.

Missed Deliveries

If the courier attempted delivery and:
– Was unable to reach you,
– You were unavailable to receive the parcel, or
– An incorrect delivery address was provided,
we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, even if the parcel arrives late.

Late Deliveries

If your parcel arrives after the required or agreed-upon date and no attempt was made to deliver on time, we may offer a full or partial refund — depending on the circumstances. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Product Quality Concerns

If your product is:
– Defective
– Unsafe,
you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Protection Act (No. 68 of 2008). Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images and details.

This policy is in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (No. 68 of 2008). Your statutory rights are not affected.
